Presentation Instructions

For Poster Presenters

• Poster size: 24 x 36 inches in portrait orientation
• Posters will be taped to the wall with provided command strips only. Please do not use adhesive backed self-sticking posters or anything that can damage the walls.
• If you have both a demo and paper accepted for the same work, you will only be provided a demo spot, and you won’t be assigned another poster spot.
• Poster Assignments

For Demo Presenters

• Due to space constraints, we can only provide a small space in front of your poster for the demo presentation. You’ll be assigned a poster spot plus full or half of a 6’x18” table in front of your poster.
